About United Wound Care
United Wound Care is a locally owned wound care practice serving patients throughout Greater St. Louis. We provide specialized care in our Creve Coeur clinic, in patients’ homes, and in skilled nursing and senior care facilities across the region.
Our focus is on complex, chronic and non-healing wounds, with care built around access, communication and continuity across settings.
Specialized Clinical Expertise
Our current nurse practitioner team consists of Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared clinicians who are board-certified in both primary care and wound care.
That combination allows our providers to evaluate more than the wound itself. We consider the patient’s overall health, medications, circulation, mobility, nutrition and other factors that may affect healing, then develop an individualized plan of care.
